At Something Went Wrong, we believe your home should be a sanctuary, so if an item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused home goods. Our goal is to ensure that even when your design vision hits a snag, the resolution process is seamless and stress-free.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
- 2.Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
